We’re also increasingly exploring and building practical AI-assisted tools for Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Drawing on our credentials as certified Lean experts, Six Sigma Black Belts, and Value Stream Management specialists, we guide that work with the same structured, no-nonsense approach.

Our Mission
Our mission is to help Lean, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and
Manufacturing teams apply proven methods more consistently and
effectively.
We believe AI can support this work — not by replacing expertise or human judgment, but by helping teams structure information, challenge their thinking, preserve knowledge, and reduce repetitive work.
RCPS AI is our first implementation of that approach: structured Root Cause Problem Solving, supported by an AI Coach, while key decisions remain with the people solving the problem.
